High ceilings, carpet, ceiling fan, and cable hook ups in living room and bedroom. Gas heat. Electric cooking, hot water, and central air. Residents pay for gas, electric, water, and sewer. Only 2 blocks away from River Front Park and with in walking distance to Broad St Market, laundromat, clothing store, bus route, and restaurants. Permit parking is required for street parking, which is only $30 per year, per vehicle. No pets. This unit does not participates with Section 8.
