Two-story townhomes conveniently located off of Celebration Blvd! 2 bedrooms each with private bathrooms are located upstairs, and a half-bath is located downstairs in the main living area. Kitchen appliances provided include the oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Beautiful LVP flooring and tile throughout! Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Lawn maintenance and trash pickup is provided by the owner. You can view this home by scheduling an appointment with our office. Do not enter onto the property as it is occupied. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Pets are permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply and all pets must be approved. A profile must be created before an approved applicant signs a lease, even if you do not have a pet so that tenants are aware of our pet policy. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet.
