We have spent upwards of $8,000 fixing tenant-caused damage in a single home, so we have a very thorough background check which includes inspecting every room in your current home for stains and damage. If you live far away, we will hire an inspector. We started this background testing in 2023 and all of our recent tenants have agreed to and passed the inspection. An application from all adult tenants is required, even if they are dependents. A credit rating minimum of 600 (Vantage Score 3.0) will be required, and a complete background check will occur. However, if you feel this is too invasive, please contact us immediately to cancel the application process. We do not take Section 8 at this time.
