There is a large and scenic lake in the center of Lakeside, and there are plenty of on-site amenities including a basketball court, walking/jogging paths, a community clubhouse with billiards, several pickleball courts and an exercise room, a library, along with a heated community pool and spa (hot tub). There is also a children's playground and shuffleboard court. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that the damaged item can be repaired or replaced. Pets are not allowed. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval.
