Unique bathroom that tenants love. Cable TV, Wi-Fi and utilities included! Enjoy the refreshing swimming pool and the beach only a 5 minute drive away! Quiet, peaceful, convenient location. Street parking. Laundry facilities close by. Seeking single student or single full-time employee. Must speak fluent English. No smoking or vaping, and no pets. 12 month or longer lease. Available December 6th with 1st month + security deposit. For the privacy of the owners in the main home, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE PREMISES WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
