Year round creek, large pond, and miles of hiking trails. Surrounded by private forest. Great place for someone that loves quiet and outdoors. Cozy in the winter in front of the fire. The apartment is one half of a building original to the ranch, built in 1948.

Unit is located on a secluded horse ranch. Very quiet and secure. Electric gate to get in. Must be willing to drive down 5 miles of gravel road to get here but once you are here you hate to leave. About a 30 minute drive from south Corvallis. The apartment has a wood burning masonry heater downstairs so being able to carry firewood in and light and maintain a fire is needed. There is also a small kitchen downstairs and an attached laundry room that has a washer and dryer shared with another tenant. The refrigerator is included. Upstairs is heated with a free standing propane burning heater. The bathroom is upstairs along with a walk in closet. Upstairs has wood floors and downstairs has tile floor. The window covers are cellular. Heat, electricity, and internet are included with rent. There is no air conditioning but air conditioning is seldom needed. Friendly horses roam the property part of the day.
