Please keep in mind as this is a third-floor unit, there are three flights of stairs and there is no elevator anywhere in the complex. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, a Roku-enabled TV in both the living room and king bedroom, and access to a community pool (seasonally heated) and hot tub. The kitchen is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, and plastic dinnerware, utensils, and cups are available for tiny travelers. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles with provided parking passes. Golf cart, trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex. Located right on Scenic Highway 98, this condo is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. It's also a short drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, Big Kahunas, The Track, grocery stores, and various restaurants and attractions. As this is a residential complex, a 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. The HOA does not permit pets at any time. A washer and dryer is not offered inside the unit, but there is a pay-per-use community laundry room available on the same floor next to the stairway. If air conditioning issues are caused by the guest freezing the unit with the temperature found under 70 degrees, guests are responsible for repairs. [SI]
