RENT: $1295 SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1345 Once approved, a non-refundable Lease Admin/Technology Fee of $125 due by lease start/move-in date will apply. Small dogs (25 lbs max) and cats are allowed but no more than 2 with a $250 refundable deposit for each one. Pet screening is required (additional fee).
