2 bedroom upper apartment unit for rent available June 1. Please note that we are only accepting year to year leases but would prefer someone that would like to stay longer than a year. One parking spot is available off street. Laundry is available in basement that is coin operated. One storage unit is included in rent in the basement. Tenants pay for electricity. No pets are allowed! Rent is based off a family of two if more individuals there is an additional $25 per person per month to balance the cost of water usage. Security deposit is $1,100, if you are interested, please message me with the number of people that will be moving, your first and last name and your email address so I can send you an application via email.
