Located 1 block from intestate 74, you can get to just about anywhere in peoria with a few minutes’ drive from the home. Residents are responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance for this home. This home does not accept pets or the section 8 voucher. Anyone living in the apartment over age 18 must apply and be a lease holder. The application is a $35 non-refundable fee that provides us with your credit and background history.
