Available to move in early to mid January. The house is over 1700 square feet. Kitchen has been remodeled with lots of cabinets, 6 large bedrooms, eat in kitchen. Two full bathrooms. Windows have been replaced with high efficiency vinyl windows. Recently replaced high efficency central heat with central air conditioning. Well behaved / trained pets will be considered with additional pet deposit. Nice tree lined street with well maintained homes - mostly owner occupied - about 2 miles East of Downtown and the Innovation Quarter. Very nice and respectful neighbors. We will consider Section 8 for someone with excellent rental history - if you have a housing authority voucher that will cover the size and rent of the house. We don't expect perfect credit, and realize most people have some credit issues today... we are focused primarily on eviction history... and have ways to help almost anyone get a home, just contact us and let us know your circumstances. We do not charge an application fee, as we don't think it is fair... We don't charge administrative fees for the same reason. If you would like to rent this home, we will ask you to provide us a copy of your complete credit report (you can get it for free online) also a copy of your drivers license (or state issued ID) your ss card and your most recent 3 pay check stubs. -OR- we can send you a link and you can apply online, which we feel is the fastest, safest and easiest way... they charge like $35 for per applicant for their service, (all of which goes to them, not us) and it seems to be the best way... Move in will be the first month's rent and security deposit. The deposit will be based on your rental and credit history. If you want to reserve the home you can give us a hold / reserve deposit to hold the home and commit that you are taking it, and we will commit that we are not renting it to any one else... Whomever provides us with the acceptable credit information necessary and a deposit first will be the one to get the home.
