This newly remodeled home sits walking distance to the Iowa State Fairgrounds on a quiet street and has recently been completely remodeled. The home hosts new hardwood floors, new carpet in the bedrooms, new paint throughout, new windows, a new roof, a new water heater, an all new bathroom, and an all new kitchen including brand new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a 5 burner gas stove. There is a large living room/dining room area, there is a large front bedroom with built-in storage, the middle bedroom is very small, and the back bedroom is pretty small as well. There is a mudroom in the front and rear of the house with washer/dryer hookups in the rear mudroom. There is a large unfinished but very clean basement. One car garage included, and an almost fully fenced in yard. Pets allowed up to 50 lbs with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent.
