No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. The condominium association has a strict 'No Pets' policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed. No parties or events are permitted, with a $500 fine for violators. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
