This is a nice 2-bedroom (upstairs unit) in historic Buckeye-Shaker. All rooms have been freshly painted. There are two porches: a spacious front porch for enjoying the summer months and a smaller porch that overlooks part of the back yard for privacy and serenity. There is a nice dining room and living room with beautiful wood built-ins for extra storage and for entertaining guests. Wood floors are found throughout the unit except for in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has been renovated (sink, toilet, walls, plumbing, and floor).
