Townhouse has plenty storage with extended one car garage, walk in closet, plenty of shelves and cabinets and large indoor laundry room. Stay comfortable all year long with central heat and air and ceiling fans in every room. First floor has main living area with one bedroom and one full bathroom. Upstairs has two bedrooms and full bathroom. Rent is $1495 per month and includes trash and front lawn landscaping. Security deposit is $2000. Pets considered with monthly pet rent (age and breed restrictions apply, no pets over 25 lbs, and one dog maximum). Sorry no co-signers allowed. 11 month lease term. $10 monthly preventative maintenance fee. RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of $500 is required.
