Upstairs has two bedrooms and full bathroom. Rent is $1495 per month and includes trash and front lawn landscaping. Security deposit is $2000. Pets considered with monthly pet rent (age and breed restrictions apply, no pets over 25 lbs, and one dog maximum). Sorry no co-signers allowed. 11 month lease term. $10 monthly preventative maintenance fee. RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of $500 is required.
