I’ve lived here for about 4 years and you get a lot for the price you pay. You get an in-unit washer and dryer and a cute patio. Very family friendly and peaceful. The only thing is I wish the gate worked. Other than that, it’s great!

Leasing office is very professional and nice . Maintenance man is prompt and there is no crime. Great location for reasonable price with washer & dryer.

Great for college students or small family. Great/Friendly staff, Leanne will help you in anyway she can. Fast and dependent maintaince man that is very meticulous. Can't say enough great things about these apartments!!
A Good place to live , but the rent is a little expensive . Fireplace is unique , ceiling fan looks wonderful. Carpet through the apartment is nice . Perfect place to live with no crimes .
This place is great because of the location is by every single thing in Tuscaloosa, however; the only thing that was a problem is they only have 1 maintenance man the other one just doesn't really do any work, and the kitchen and living room are really small. I had a 2 bedroom apt and this apt would be cool if you stay by yourself but not with roommates because it is very small
Good complex and bring considered for college student.
Apartments and staff need renovating. Adding paint and molding is not renovations. Staff very unprofessional.
