The fenced private yard has a covered area with chairs, sun deck with lounge chairs and a BBQ grill. There is a dedicated work space with desk and extra monitor so you can work from the beach or have a comfortable spot to surf the web. The garage has an extra fridge, washer/dryer, beach equipment and bikes. Home has Wifi and streaming cable service, all bedrooms and living room have TVs. Off street parking for up to 6 cars with room for a boat ,RV or jet skis in the private driveway.
