This charming pet friendly beach bungalow is just a six minute walk to World Famous St Pete Beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Also within walking distance, you will find many beach bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques and the beach trolly to explore much more! The home is fully stocked and equipped for long term stays with everything you will need to be comfortable and a spacious fenced private yard. Come enjoy the area in this delightful home and make memories that will last a lifetime. The fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master with king size bed and in suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has two single beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeps 8 comfortably. The fenced private yard has a covered area with chairs, sun deck with lounge chairs and a BBQ grill. There is a dedicated work space with desk and extra monitor so you can work from the beach or have a comfortable spot to surf the web. The garage has an extra fridge, washer/dryer, beach equipment and bikes. Home has Wifi and streaming cable service, all bedrooms and living room have TVs. Off street parking for up to 6 cars with room for a boat ,RV or jet skis in the private driveway. Amenities onsite include free washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, full size fridge and second fridge in garage, BBQ Grill, beach chairs, cooler, beach cart, towels and linens St Pete Beach is located just 15 minutes from downtown St Petersburg and 35 minutes the airport. Pets under 50lbs are welcome, cats must be fixed. Currently availability starts in May 2024 and accepting monthly bookings with a 30 day min stay. A $150 cleaning fee per stay and 13% local occupancy taxes for stays under 6 months are required.
