A huge built-in Sonos speaker system is throughout the house and back deck. There is a grand double-sided wood-burning fireplace and a gas fireplace in the smaller cozy living room. The lower level features a game room with a lounge seating area, pool table, and poker table. There are also board games, puzzles, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. The fully equipped kitchen features modern cooking appliances, spacious countertops, plentiful cabinetry, a microwave, oven, stove, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, double-door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, sink, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and Sonos speakers. This is a pet-friendly home, and two well-behaved and house-trained dogs are allowed for a fee of $250 per dog. The spectacular family lodge is nestled in the heart of the White Mountains in South Peak, Lincoln, NH, right at the base of Loon Mountain. On weekends, you can even ski directly onto the mountain, and in ski season, guests can glide right back to the front door from the slopes of Loon. The location is unbeatable, with countless hiking trails just steps away and easy walking access to South Peak. Stroll into town to discover cozy restaurants, craft breweries, and local shops, or set out on nearby trails that showcase the stunning natural beauty of New Hampshire. For those eager to explore further, the location offers convenient access to Waterville Valley and Cannon Mountain, expanding your adventure possibilities with more spectacular landscapes and outdoor activities. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $2,000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM out of consideration for neighbors. Dogs must be well-behaved, fully house-trained, and kept on a leash while outside the property. Ensure that dogs are crated when alone in the house to prevent any damage and ensure their safety. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, both inside and outside the property. Pets must remain off furniture and beds. Another dining area can be found on the back deck, with the magical fire pit and the Webber BBQ grill, inviting you to lounge the day away and take in the beauty of the picturesque surroundings.
