The three-floor interior is touched by beautiful furnishings enhanced by abundant natural light that highlights the rustic décor. The main floor's living area combines three stylish living rooms with the fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous dining area, and expansive back deck. Enjoy the huge built-in Sonos speaker system throughout the house and back deck, the grand double-sided wood-burning fireplace, and the gas fireplace in the smaller cozy living room. The lower level features a game room with a pool table, poker table, and smart TV. There are four living rooms, a deck with a barbecue and fire pit, a Nintendo Wii, and fast Wi-Fi. This is a pet-friendly home, and two well-behaved and house-trained dogs are allowed for a fee of $250 per dog. The spectacular family lodge is nestled in the heart of the White Mountains in South Peak, Lincoln, NH, right at the base of Loon Mountain. On weekends, you can even ski directly onto the mountain, and in ski season, guests can glide right back to the front door from the slopes of Loon. The location is unbeatable, with countless hiking trails just steps away, easy walking access to South Peak, and the charming town of Lincoln within reach. Stroll into town to discover cozy restaurants, craft breweries, and local shops, or set out on nearby trails that showcase the stunning natural beauty of New Hampshire. For those eager to explore further, the location offers convenient access to Waterville Valley and Cannon Mountain, expanding your adventure possibilities with more spectacular landscapes and outdoor activities. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $2,000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.
