The second floor offers a bedroom with two twin beds, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and an open loft area with a twin daybed and twin trundle (sleeps two) with a smart TV. The garage apartment is a spacious studio with a king-size bed, couch, and smart TV, plus a kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, toaster, and basic dining utensils, and dining space for four. There is also a small attached bedroom with a full-size bed and twin trundle. The downstairs garage is designed as the ultimate game room that opens up to the pool deck with a pool table, air hockey, Pac-Man, and more! The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival, and all events must be approved prior, with a security deposit and event fee. Proof of event liability insurance is required. If an unapproved party/event does occur, the reservation may be canceled with no refund. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during this time. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home and above the garage, facing the driveway. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr.
