About This Property
Available beginning of August, 2024 Quiet residential neighborhood on the west side of Oswego. 10 minute drive from campus, 10 minute drive from Walmart. Kingsford Park Elementary is right around the corner. There is also a bus stop right on the corner which is a two minute walk away. There is no off-street parking. Parking on the street is available until the winter parking ban is put into effect by the City. In the winter, there is a place for overnight parking about a 5 minute walk away. There is a shared front porch as well as a shared backyard. Current tenants are moving out July 31st. Remodeled kitchen as of summer 2022. New flooring in living room/kitchen. Painted in summer 2022. No pets allowed. No utilities included. Feel free to reach out if you would like to view the unit. I’d like to give current resident at least 48 hours notice before a showing.
