Dedicated workspace for your computer/work needs. One room is a combination sitting, dining and kitchenette area. The kitchenette is fully equipped (3.3 cu. ft. fridge / freezer, convection microwave oven (can bake, broil or microwave in it), 2-burner cooktop, kitchen sink, dishes, serving pieces, flatware, basic pots and pans, etc) and a 2-person bistro set for dinning, a 32" flat screen TV (including a streaming device and power antenna for your viewing pleasure) and a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom offers one queen bed, two nightstands, a rocking chair and a reading chair. All utilities are INCLUDED (propane, water, electric, trash, internet-25 mbps). There is a professionally monitored security system. Non-smoking. 6 month lease can potentially be extended, if agreeable to both parties. Perfect for a solo working professional or traveling health care provider. No pets. 1 month security deposit required when the lease is signed ($1,600).
