There is a dedicated workspace for your computer and work related needs. One of the rooms is a combination sitting, dining, and kitchenette area. The kitchenette is fully equipped (3.3 cu. ft. fridge / freezer, convection microwave oven (can bake, broil or microwave in it), 2-burner cooktop, kitchen sink, dishes, serving pieces, flatware, basic pots and pans, etc). This room also has a 2-person bistro set for dinning, a 32" flat screen TV (including a streaming device and power antenna for your viewing pleasure) and a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom offers one queen bed, two nightstands, a rocking chair and a reading chair. All utilities are INCLUDED (propane, water, electric, internet). Professionally monitored security system. This is a non-smoking property. 6 month lease, which can potentially be extended. Perfect for a solo working professional or traveling health care provider. No pets. 1 month security deposit required when the lease is signed ($1,600). There is a $40 tenant screening fee (credit report, criminal report and an eviction report).
