About This Property

Private and Quiet newer home on Swan lake in Maine. This is my own Home, I am also a Travel RN so I rent it out when I'm on contract. I want my home to be your home and this is a welcoming inviting comfortable retreat for those looking to relax between shifts. House includes shared lake access with a seasonal dock, beach, fire pit. A true Maine vacation home with all the amenities. I have three bedrooms. This includes the loft master with king size memory foam bed with sprawling views of the lake and attached half bathroom. Second bedroom on the first floor with full sized memory foam mattress. Third bedroom on first floor with two twin beds. Full bathroom on first floor with shower and tub, granite vanity. Open concept living room and eat in kitchen. Living room has vaulted ceilings and two sliders that open onto a large deck that overlooks the lake. Comfortable sectional couch with TV, Apple TV, Netflix and Hulu. Chef's kitchen has new stainless appliances, dual convection ovens and access to all my kitchen wear. In kitchen dining table also has a great view of the lake. Attached two car garage allows for direct access into the kitchen. This is the woods of Maine so having the garage door down before you get out of the car prevents and unwanted animal interactions. Also great in the winter to not have to clean off your car! Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a $300 pet deposit per pet. I have two large dogs who will be out on the road with me. Your pet will have use of their "home" which includes an indoor/outdoor kennel and 20ftX10ft fenced dog run. Local property manager is available 24-7. Reliable in-neighborhood snow removal. I hope you love my home as much as I do!
