Just grab your chair or surfboard and walk right on to Easton's Beach across the street, this is Newport's public beach also known as First Beach. You simply cannot get any closer to beachfront. Available for select weeks summer 2019. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Gorgeous home with spacious living area. 1st floor bed & bath, 2nd floor has master bed/bath over looking the ocean and guest bedroom/bath, large family room with fabulous views of the ocean. Additional sleeping quarters on lower level. Multiple decks. Parking for 3 cars. Pets upon approval. Cleaning fee and Short term State/Local rental tax not included in rent.
