Bedroom 2 is another twin room with two twin beds, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable, and an en-suite bath. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, dresser with mirror, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable, and an en-suite bath. Bedroom 4 is a queen bedroom with playful bedding ensembles and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable. It is also a short drive to 429 and the western entrance of Walt Disney World. An easy drive north will take you to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios. With six theme parks and three waterparks all within a short drive, there is always somewhere to explore. Tuscany At Westside Resort is only a few moments' drive to grocery shopping, restaurants, and other area happenings. Enjoy easy access to major attractions like Walt Disney World Theme Parks (10 min), Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (23 min), I-Drive (20 min), Legoland (25 min), Premium Vineland Outlet (15 min), and many other attractions. Parties and events are not permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge of $400.00 minimum. Starter supplies include one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small hotel-size bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap sponge, detergent for dishwasher, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag are provided. There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. This house is self-catering. Although welcome amenities are provided, it is recommended to stop by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida law, open food cannot be left in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after check-out and no supply of items such as condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
