The property is owned by my landlord. I am looking for a person to take over the remaining of my lease, because I am moving out of town. I am advertising it, not renting it out. If you are interested for a 7-month lease until August 2017 then contact me and we will both go talk to my landlord for the legal process of it. My roommate (Male) will stay at the property. It is a 2-bedroom apartment, free parking, shared laundry facilities at the basement of the building. Right across from Akron university campus. Walking distance from FedEx, chipotle, McDonalds, Pulp, Panda Express, Mannys, The Score, Speedway, Penn Station, Dave's Grocery Store. Students PREFERABLY.
