In August 2022, a complete transformation was undertaken to ensure your stay in this incredible mountainous region is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This modern, thoughtfully updated upstairs condo features a king-size adjustable bed in the primary suite and two window AC units in the bedrooms for those warmer summer days. Step into the stylish living area, where you’ll find plush carpeting, a large-screen TV, and plenty of space to unwind. Unlike many units in Teton Creek Resort, which offer only smaller TVs and minimal seating, this condo delivers both comfort and upgraded amenities throughout. The primary bedroom now features a luxurious king bed, with independent adjustability on each side—ideal for reading, lounging, or finding your perfect sleep position. A second large TV adds a touch of in-room entertainment. In the guest suite, you’ll find two queen beds, providing comfortable accommodations for up to four additional guests. To make summer stays even more enjoyable, the condo is now equipped with two window air conditioning units—one in each bedroom—helping keep things cool and comfortable after a day in the sun. Just outside the condo is one of the few shuttle stops servicing Grand Targhee Resort. Skip the parking hassle, grab your gear, walk out the door, and hop on the shuttle that takes you straight to the plaza. In the evenings, the shuttle even offers a short route into town, perfect for dinner or drinks without the drive. The condo is uniquely situated between two entrances to Yellowstone National Park, with Grand Teton National Park also within easy reach. Locally, Teton Valley offers miles of scenic trails and wildlife-viewing without the crowds, affectionately known as the "quiet side of the Tetons." Whether you're skiing powder at Grand Targhee, hiking wildflower-covered ridgelines, or enjoying the peaceful views from your private mountain basecamp, this condo offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and unbeatable location. There is no elevator access at Teton Creek Resort, but the condo is located as close to the parking lot as possible and is the first unit at the top of the stairs, making for easy in and out with your bags and luggage. The minimum age of the primary renter is twenty-five years. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. No smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. Teton Creek Resort is a No Smoking Complex, and smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor Smoking Area, adjacent to the Bannock Building parking area. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the parking area. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for smoking/vaping/marijuana in non-designated area, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
