You only share the tiled shower (note: there is no bathtub). Each bedroom has its own vanity and toilet. Pets are welcome so long as they are spayed/neutered, up to date on flea meds, and up to date on shots. $200 pet fee. Security Deposit is $1500. Rent is $1365. One year lease is required. Tenant pays for all utilities except Trash. Property Management takes care of lawn, pest control, and garbage service.
