The home is also conveniently close to major highways. Feel the comforts of home while on vacation in this clean and beautiful space. The living area features a comfortable couch, a 55-inch TV, and a desk with a chair for a working space. The kitchen and dining area include a cozy dining table with chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a coffee maker/kettle. While it may not be a fully equipped kitchen like your own home, it is equipped with basic kitchenware to prepare simple meals. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. For parties greater than 10 people, an additional air mattress is available upon request. The cooling and heating system is equipped with Nest Thermostat control for added comfort. Please note that extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and/or available upon prior request at booking. Check-in for the home is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am. A penalty fee of half the night’s stay will be applied automatically for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited anywhere inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a violation resulting in an additional $250 cleaning charge. No loud noise, parties, or events that will disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation are allowed. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless given prior authorization, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. The property is equipped with cameras around the outside front and back for added security, while respecting guest privacy inside the home. Guests are required to keep the property clean inside and outside and to park no more than 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed. The house rules must be respected, and any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. The living space includes a desk and chair, providing a convenient working space for those who need to work from home.
