About This Property
Welcome to the Historic Park View community. I am not your average rental. I am an oldie and a goody who loves her new-age bling while remembering how to "Put on the Ritz". You can tell I take care of myself with my new bathroom ensuite shower. Just add a teak shower stool. You will notice the sparkle of my glass doorknobs, soaring ceilings, large rooms with real wood floors, and the young granite in the kitchen. Both levels have matching clawfoot tubs. Heading upstairs, you may notice the meaty and strong handrail and carved second story banister. There's no doubt I am a lady of style. If you can appreciate my history, let's meet. I'm available immediately, once your application is approved. This area of Portsmouth has so much to offer. Those who move in can enjoy a short trip to work at Portsmouth Naval, close restaurants and musical events at the Pavilion. If you have wee ones, I bet you'd love to bring them to the Children's Museum up the street. Check out the map.
