Must show good credit with clean no criminal record, and no prior evictions or bankruptcy. NO PETS, NO Smoking/Vaping nor use of any recreational drugs or illegal fire arms anywhere on premises. There is an 8'x 12' Metal Shed for Storage if needed. Storage other than in the Storage shed is not allowed. No Storage of any unused or non-operational vehicles. Wifi included for first 6 months. Pro-rated after that. Tenants pay own Electricity and Gas. Gas supply is by Propane Tank, a Tank can be provided for an additional small deposit. Tenants pay for own refills.
