In the wonderful, trendy Crescent Hill neighborhood close to Downtown, Frankfort Ave., NULU, Waterfront Park, Seneca and Cherokee Park and St. Matthews. This first floor, one bedroom apartment (700 square feet) is in a super well maintained 4-plex on Brownsboro Road between Zorn Avenue and Kroger. The building is very quiet and has super tenants!! The apartment has a 1950's charm with hardwood floors and nice woodwork. The kitchen (with fridge, stove, and dishwasher) has updated counter tops and flooring. The bathroom is a 1950's style with black and white tile. The living room is large (15 x 15) and there is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. There are 4 closets, plus a set of built in shelves in the apartment. There is a washer and dryer (yes, a washer and dryer) and a lockable storage space for this unit in the basement. Modern Central Air and gas heat, a hard wired and interconnected smoke detection system, and a well lit parking area. $600 per month, plus $600 security deposit. First month rent and security deposit required to move in ($1200). You pay utilities (an average of about $75 per month). NO Pets!! NO Smoking!! NO musical instruments!! NO large stereo systems!!
