This apartment building is part of a two building apartment complex. The residence of this complex are almost all long time tenants who have created a comfortable welcoming community. Appliances include: Range/oven, refrigerator, and coin washer/dryer. Utilities: The rental rate includes water and sewer fees. The tenants will be responsible for all utilities. This unit is also close to public transportation. A Bus station and Biki bicycle share center are both close by. Community: The home is located in the Moiliili area within Honolulu. This area is within walking distance to the University of Hawaii. The location allows easy access to a number of different shopping and restaurant options.
