Additionally, there is a spare room with a single bed, a four-piece bathroom, a large modern kitchen with a dining area, and parking for three or more cars. We welcome furry friends for a pet fee, which helps cover the extra one to two hours of cleaning and labor after checkout. Located on the Saugeen River in Southampton, ON, this cottage sits on the Lake Huron shoreline of the Bruce Peninsula. Saugeen Shores serves as an excellent starting point for the many adventures awaiting on the Bruce Peninsula. Guests will have access to the cottage via a lockbox, details of which will be provided after confirmation. The property boasts approximately 600 feet of frontage on the Saugeen River, perfect for fishing. However, there is no receptionist on-site. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits, and parties are not permitted. Replacement fees will apply for any missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment. Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay, and missing items will incur fees. If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them.
