Experience a well-equipped space featuring a roomy kitchen and dining area with a gas-burning fireplace, microwave/convection oven, full refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher. Ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the valley view. The three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, offer ultimate privacy. For added comfort and sleeping flexibility, a queen-size sleeper sofa is available in the living room, complete with all necessary sleeping amenities. On the 3rd floor, a seamless transition awaits with indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by stunning valley views. Units 6 and 7 each have 1 covered parking spot. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pets enter them as well. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day. Nestled in the scenic Hill Country, Spicewood, Texas, offers a landscape adorned with rolling hills, vineyards, and the peaceful Pedernales River. Las Luces Village is located 2 miles from Luck, TX, an old western town in Willie Nelson's backyard, perfect for a delightful evening with musicians, chefs, and artisans contributing to American roots culture. Additionally, with nearby wedding venues, this villa becomes an ideal location for bridal parties, seamlessly blending natural beauty with inviting attractions for a delightful experience. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Before starting any fires, verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. There are cameras throughout the complex for your safety. Fines will be imposed if you tamper with them. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. The pool and hot tub should be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. We take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. A dumpster is located at the top of the hill for your convenience. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
