Remington Row Designed to look and feel like a historic Baltimore factory, each apartment exudes industrial charm. With high ceilings, an abundance of natural light, and thoughtful floor plans, Remington Row offers a generous list of amenities to support the residents who live here. The Lorraine 1BR 1BA is in mint condition, I only rented here for about 4 months. The entire building is newly built and I am the first resident to occupy this space. My job requires me to move out of state so that I am closer to the office, please contact me if you are interested in taking over my lease! Lease is good until August 2017. $500 security deposit I need someone who is willing to take over lease and move in before or by January 2016. No rent due for the remainder of December.
