Although the outdoor pool area and beach access were damaged by a hurricane, guests will be refunded all resort fees until repairs are completed. Indoor amenities remain open. This is a non-smoking apartment. Any smoke smell or evidence of smoking inside will result in a complete loss of the security deposit. Guests are required to follow check-out instructions, including stripping beds, turning off electronics, and ensuring the apartment is left in the condition it was found. A $50 fee applies for key replacement and a $100 fee for garage remote or parking pass replacement. The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to check-in, but if anything is missed, it will be promptly addressed.
