The family room is designed for relaxed evenings, featuring a 65" smart TV, a comfortable leather sofa, and an armchair. The master suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite luxury bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom, or kids’ quarters, is outfitted with a bunk bed (full-size bellow, twin on top, and twin trundle) and a large smart TV. Enjoy the brand-new heated in-ground pool, outdoor dining for 6, a cozy fire pit, and a fully fenced yard. Pool heat is available for $287 per week, $45 per day for short stays, or $200 per week for long stays. Pets are welcome at $100 per pet per stay. Side parking with a 50 amp electric hookup is available, so bring your boat, RV, or camper. A complementary golf cart and 2 bicycles are included. Malacompra is home to Malacompra Park, which features pristine beaches, scenic walking and biking trails, and excellent spots for fishing, picnicking, and surfing.
