Living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs with laundry, hook ups, just off the kitchen plus a half bath. There is a small back patio off the dining room as well as a small deck off the rear bedroom. Tenants must make at least three times the monthly rent in income. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care for the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Pets considered on a case by case basis with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee and $25 a month pet rent.
