Located on Little Avenue in Driggs, this loft-style unit offers a refined mountain experience with walkable town access and minutes-to-the-lift convenience. Walk to downtown Driggs dining, coffee shops, breweries, and local shopping. It's also minutes from Grand Targhee Resort for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and summer events. Enjoy easy day trips to Grand Teton National Park and explore Yellowstone National Park. Quick access to Jackson Hole for dining, rafting, wildlife tours, and iconic excursions. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for smoking/vaping in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Maximum of two licensed vehicles are allowed in the driveway and garages. Pets are welcome with a fee if you advise immediately upon booking. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. [SI]
