No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. No fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Pet owners should provide their own pet bedding; if pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet and place bagged waste in the provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled or crated; noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws.
