About This Property

We are on 1 1/2 acres in quiet rural area but with easy access to Sonoma county and the bay area (near Hwys 101 & 116). We have a separate 2 story guesthouse, upstairs there are 2 partitioned bedrooms with 2 twin beds in 1 room & a queen bed in the other room. Downstairs there is a large family room with a futon couch to make into 3rd double bed (with a new spring mattress), another couch,*kitchen and a spacious bathroom (with shower). There is a private deck in the back with views of trees, birds/wildlife, and a view of the valley below. *The kitchen has a automatic coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, and blender. There is a new large Microwave on a new roll out table, refrigerator and electric Oven/stove range. Iron and board . Washer and dryer is available through private door. We have a new 42 Inch TV with HDMI cable ( to be used to stream from a laptop) and Roku apps installed. Also DVD player. We use biodegradable and naturally scented soap cleansers.
