Kamaole III Beach, just across the street, is a sun-worshiper\'s delight and its\' sloping lawn is the perfect venue from which to take in Maui\'s legendary sunrises. Kam III is known for excellent snorkeling and clear, warm-water swimming, and for the sea turtles that often nibble its reef. The beach park has restroom and shower facilities, and adjoins the South Maui Beach Path, which meanders for miles along Kihei\'s coastline. Walk north and you\'ll toe the sand of Kamaole I and II Beaches. Head south past the Kihei Boat Ramp to Keawakapu Beach, and all the way to the Wailea Beach Path. Standup paddle and kayak right across the street, and whale-watch in the winter, right off the shore. Along with the resort pool, there is a dedicated child\'s wading pool, two hot tubs (one adults only), four well-maintained tennis courts, and gas grills conveniently located for guest use. This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler.
