This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been lovingly cared for and has a great blend of charm and modern stylish finishes. The main floor has had a fresh coat of paint and the carpets, and the home have been professionally cleaned. The owners/landlords are a husband and wife team who have been in the rental space for over 15 years and we do everything we can to make this a human experience and not a corporate one. We welcome pets (with a non-refundable $250 pet deposit) and do not charge a monthly pet rent, because you wouldn’t charge a separate rent for any other members of the family, and our pets are our family. We are flexible on dogs/cats and no size restrictions. Don’t like the style? Please feel free to make this home feel like your own. If you’d like to change the paint or the murals, we only ask that you run your plans by us first. Like it the way it is? Even better!
