Kitchen Use Please: Label and store your food properly. Wash, dry, and put away dishes immediately after use. Wipe down counters and stovetops. Rotate taking out trash & recycling to curb. while you are renting, this is your home. Please respect it as such. ?? Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be considerate with noise in shared spaces (TV, music, phone calls). ?? Smoking / Substances No smoking or vaping indoors. You may smoke outside only. No illegal drugs or excessive alcohol consumption on the property. ?? Laundry Washer and dryer are available. Please do not leave clothes in machines once a cycle is complete. ??
