Being a bit up the canyon, we're usually above the coastal fog, and we're often clear and sunny on mornings when much of Santa Barbara is still cool and gray. The recently renovated cottage has new flooring (laminate wood and carpet), a comfortable, full size bedroom, full closet in hallway, newly remodeled bathroom with shower, living room and a newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen and A/C. Lots of windows offer plenty of light and air. Behind the cottage is a private backyard garden. A brick patio allows for outdoor dining/lounging. All utilities included. High speed internet, gas, electricity, water, trash and a washer/dryer for the exclusive use of the tenant. Safe, off-street parking is available for one car. No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind on the property. No pets. First month’s rent $2800, and security deposit of $2,800 required. Available now, but somewhat flexible on the move-in date. A couple would be considered but parking is extremely limited. What we are looking for in a tenant: a quiet, clean, respectful, financially secure and professional who appreciates the peaceful surroundings.
