You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer a Renter's Insurance Policy. 7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted. Nestor is located about 14 miles south of Downtown San Diego and 10 miles north of Tijuana, Mexico.
