About This Home
Well-maintained two-bedroom lower unit in the Enderis Park/East Tosa neighborhood is available after January 1st! I can be flexible with the move-in timeline if you are looking to move in sooner or later. This duplex is located on 61st Street a half-block north of Clarke. (Listing is not a duplicate, and the upper is also newly available for rent) This beautiful unit includes the following amenities: - Updated kitchen with dishwasher, and will have a new stainless-steel fridge, gas range, and microwave by the time you move in. - Built-in original cabinets throughout. - Central air conditioning. - Awesome screened in front porch. - Unit will be freshly repainted by the time the lease begins as well (pictures show current colors, and it will be repainted in neutral tones. - One garage parking spot with no problems parking on the street overnight as well. - Huge basement storage area with washer and dryer provided to each unit. - Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, and formal dining room cover approximately 1,050 square feet. This house is on a quiet street, and is just a short drive to downtown Milwaukee, Miller Park, Wauwatosa, the Medical College of Wisconsin, and Froedtert. This neighborhood and house border the lively East Tosa neighborhood with many great restaurants and bars. I absolutely love the neighborhood and community here, and you will too! I pay for water, sewer, and trash, and tenants pay for gas and electric. Rent is $1,445/month, with a discounted rent of $1,395/month being offered to tenants willing to handle snow removal and lawn-care. Tenants looking to take care of the snow and lawn are preferred. Initial lease term will be through May of 2027, however I may consider a short initial lease into the summer of 2026 with yearly renewals thereafter. Once I get a good tenant in, I usually don’t raise rent, so you can count on a stable rental rate for a few years if you settle in. I will be checking your credit report, and only prospective tenants with good credit and good rental history need apply. Only potential tenants that are able to qualify under my screening criteria will be able to take a tour. Posting this early for visibility, but will most likely not be showing the unit until the week of December 1st. Shoot me an email or message if you are interested and with any questions. Thanks!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
