The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dining table for six, a coffee station with a coffee machine, coffee pods, and an electric hot water kettle, and a dishwasher. Enjoy the large covered front porch with two cushioned rocking chairs. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. With its convenient location near Shaker Square, coffee shops, and parks, this apartment is perfect for work trips or a fun Cleveland getaway. Absolutely no parties are allowed. This apartment is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering, no matter the size, will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is allowed, and a minimum $500 charge will be applied for extra cleaning. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
